We are delighted to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer.
This means that we’ve committed to everyone who works at Inter Scientific receiving a minimum hourly wage of £9.30, which is significantly higher than the government minimum wage for employees over 25, which is currently £8.72 per hour.
As a business we believe that it is our employees that drive our success through their hard work and dedication to our clients and that it is right to reward them appropriately.
Data from the Living Wage Foundation shows that around 20% of jobs in the North West pay less than the real Living Wage. We’re committed to paying the real Living Wage to ensure that we deliver fair pay for our employees’ hard work.

It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 230,000 people and put over £1 billion extra into the pockets of low paid workers.”
